Warranty Terms & Conditions

Your One Month Warranty covers replacement of faulty Unit (if Distributor) for manufacturing. 

  • Warranty does not cover wear and tear, and damages arisen from misuse or use not in accordance with the product instructions. Damaged boxes nor mold can be considered as part of warranty. 
  • Warranty does not cover defective product as a result of any circumstances not involved in the manufacturing or faulty parts.
  • Warranty is managed by and subject to approval by us. Proof of purchase is necessary. We will need an original copy of your receipt / invoice and the Fault Unit. 
  • For all exchanges , you are required to come down to our self-collection location.
  • To submit warranty claim, kindly email sales@ana-traaders.com with the subject title "Brand & Product Name". 

Warranty Terms & Conditions for SMOK Hard Carrier 1 Month Warranty

  • 1 months from the date of purchase with Original Receipt as proof of purchase directly from ANA Traders.
  • Kindly note the following exclusions: 
  1. Failure to produce the original receipt from an ANA which is online recipt or eaither Mobile Text Receipt or if we cant find your record in our system would resuts on rejection of the warranty
  2. Defects or damage caused by wear & tear, abuse, misuse, negligence or failure to observe usage instructions contained in the user manual.

How to register warranty:

  • Please register an account in our website and the items should be bought through our website where we have customer details stored which we could locate your order and product. 
  • Please note that warranty is not valid without registration an account in our website. . 

Warranty Details:

  • In the event of a Manufacturing defect, we replace the product without charge for such replacement, parts or labor. Purchaser shall bear all expense for returning this product to seller.
  • This warranty does not apply to any product used commercially or which has been subjected to misuse, abuse or alteration. This is a limited warranty. There is only ONE time replacement, and warranty will cease immediately upon replacement of the unit.
  • Warranty is not transferrable to another party.
  • No warranty for any aceserries (Coils, Tanks)
